普通冲床的自动数控送料系统设计

摘要

The manual feeding is used generally for ordinary punch.It has a series of problems,such as causing personal injury easily,low efficiency,low rate of finished products and serious waste of materials.These problems caused low overall production effi-ciency of enterprise.An automatic feeding system was designed for ordinary punch.So these problems caused by manual feeding can be solved effectively,the technical equipment level and economic benefits of the enterprise are improved,and enterprise’s social com-petence is strengthened.%普通冲床一般采用工人手工送料。人工送料存在一系列的问题，如容易造成工人的人身伤害、效率低、成品率低、材料浪费严重，造成企业整体生产效益低下。设计普通冲床的自动数控送料系统，可以有效解决人工送料存在的这些问题，提高企业的技术装备水平和经济效益，增强企业的社会竞争力。
