基于HNC-818 B数控转台螺距误差补偿的研究

摘要

介绍了数控转台的螺距误差补偿原理和自准直仪误差测量系统，对配备HNC-818B系统的数控转台进行了定位精度检测，并对数控转台进行了螺距误差补偿。结果表明：螺距误差补偿可以提高数控转台的定位精度和重复定位精度。%The principle of compensate the screw pitch error of CNC rotary table was introduced,as well as a pitch error measur-ing system based on autocollimator. Positioning accuracy of CNC rotary table equipped with HNC-818B system was detected,the pitch error of the CNC rotary table was compensated. The results show that the pitch error compensation can improve positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy of NC rotary table.
