基于P LC控制的双头高效自动倒角机的系统设计

         

摘要

针对批量生产棒类、钢管类的零件,受定尺寸切割的影响,在端部极易产生毛刺、凸起及飞边等现象,采用手工倒角或车床加工劳动强度大、效率低,设计一种高效的基于PLC控制的自动双头倒角机。介绍了该倒角机的主要结构组成,并详细介绍了气液控制原理图、电气控制原理图及软件编程流程图等。实践证明:该倒角机采用PLC控制,人工一次上料,可实现双端面的连续加工,大大提高了生产效率和产品的端面质量。%Influenced by scaling⁃off cutting, to the mass produced rods and steel tube blank, the phenomena of burr and flashing are found. If the parts are processed by manual chamfering and lathe, it is tremendously labor intensive and low efficiency. To solve the problem, an efficient double⁃headed automatic chamfering machine was designed based on PLC control. The structural components of the chamfering machine were introduced , the gas⁃liquid control diagram and the electric control schematic figure including the flow chart of software programming were described in detail. The practices have proven productivity and end quality are improved greatly be⁃cause the chamfering machine can be used to realize double end continuous processing although loading once.
