某精密载车油气悬挂缸故障分析

摘要

The oil spilling problem on hydro⁃pneumatic suspension cylinder of precision carrier vehicle was discussed mainly. By a⁃nalysis and calculation, high pressure oil appearing in annular cavity was considered to be the direct cause and the structural defect of hydro⁃pneumatic suspension cylinder was the root cause. Finally notices about the design and use of hydro⁃pneumatic suspension cylinder were pointed out.%对某精密载车油气悬挂缸使用过程中出现的漏油故障进行了讨论，通过分析计算，确定环形腔出现高压油液是产生问题的直接原因，缸体结构缺陷是产生问题的根本原因，在此基础上对现缸体结构进行了优化改进。最后，指出了在油气悬挂缸设计和使用过程中应该注意的问题。
