钢导轨板镶装工艺的研究与应用

摘要

介绍两种钢导轨板镶装工艺，从选材、计算、工艺等方面进行详细的分析，阐述工艺要点和使用建议，解决了镶装钢导轨板的稳定性、可靠性问题，为滚滑复合导轨的推广应用奠定了基础。%Two kinds of procedures on steel-inlaid guide plate were introduced. The detailed analysis was carried on from the as-pects of material selection, calculation and procedure. The technological points and advice for use were expounded. And the problems of stability and reliability on steel-inlaid guide rail were resolved. The research lays foundation for the popularization and application on rolling and sliding composited guide rail.
