基于AMESim的吹塑机壁厚液压控制系统仿真

     

摘要

以容积1000 L的IBC吨桶的轴向壁厚控制为例,运用AMESim液压仿真软件建立壁厚液压控制系统模型,并采用PID控制料口缸跟随储料缸的运动,实现对系统工作过程的仿真。仿真结果表明:所设计的控制系统能够对两缸的运动实现精确比例控制,准确跟踪壁厚控制曲线,工作过程平稳快速,能够保证中空吹塑制品的壁厚均匀性。%A hydraulic control system model for 1 000 L IBC tank was built based on AMESim, the main model parameters were set, and the axial wall thickness control was accomplished. Two hydraulic cylinders’ precise tracking performance were achieved by using PID controller. The simulation results show that the designed proportional control system can be used to control the path accurate-ly, wall thickness control curve is tracked. Working process is stable and fast. Blowing molding products’ wall thickness is uniform.
