基于NSGA-Ⅱ算法的高速铣削参数多目标优化

         

摘要

采用正交试验法对3Cr2Mo模具钢进行高速铣削试验,建立了刀具磨损和表面粗糙度的预测模型。在此基础上,以生产效率最大、生产成本最小为目标建立优化模型,使用Matlab中以NSGA-Ⅱ算法为理论基础的多目标优化方法对其求解,得到了较优铣削参数。%By using the orthogonal test methodology, high-speed milling experiments of 3Cr2Mo mold steel were performed. The forecasting model of cutter wear and surface roughness were established. On this basis, the optimization model was established based on the maximum production efficiency and the minimum production cost. Using the multi-objective optimization methodology in Matlab, which based on the NSGA-Ⅱ algorithmto solve it, and get the better milling parameters.
