Based on inductive coupling principle, a microfluidic chip for detecting the metal wear debris in oil was presented, and the influence of velocity of oil debris on the sensitivity in metal debris counting with microfluidic chip for oil detecting was reported. Microfluidic chip for oil detecting was made, and detection system was built.The relationship between different driving velocity and in-ductive pulse signal amplitude was researched.The study results show that, for the same iron particles, the inductive pulse signal am-plitude decreases linearly with the increases of driving velocity.The research results provides reference for the improvement of detection precision and sensitivity of microfluidic inductive sensor.%介绍了基于电感原理的微流体油液检测芯片,研究了油液中铁颗粒通过微流体油液检测芯片检测区的速率对颗粒计数灵敏度的影响。制作了微流体油液检测芯片,搭建了检测系统。实验研究了不同驱动速率与颗粒产生的电感脉冲信号幅值之间的关系。研究结果表明:对于同一铁颗粒,其通过检测芯片时的电感脉冲信号幅值随着速率的增加而线性减小。该研究结果为提高微流体油液检测芯片的检测精度及灵敏度提供了参考。
