PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for driving a microprobe in a microfluidic chip which has a high drive frequency, and easily configured.;SOLUTION: Not only a pair of a first parallel frame part 40 and a second parallel frame part 42, or the first parallel frame part 40, a third parallel frame part 44 and a pair of connected frame parts 50, 52 are integrally configured, microprobes 16, 60 are connected to the pair of connected frame parts 50, 52 via linear movable frame parts 54, 56 or 64, 66 making a pair, and a microfluidic chip body 30 is configured within one plane, so that high drive frequency is obtained regarding the drive of the microprobes 16, 60.
