电磁比例节流阀新型节流槽的建模与特性仿真

         

摘要

A linear throttling groove was presented, by which the area of flow section was directly proportional to the size of the entrance.When the linear throttling groove was used on the electromagnetic proportion throttle valve, it was realized that the relation between the flow through valve port and the displacement of valve core was regular linear change; with proportional electromagnet, it could achieve proportional control between the valve port flow and the electrical signal easily.Simulating the steady state characteristics of the electromagnetic proportion throttle valve with MATLAB based on its practical working environment, the flow characteristic curves at different valve port sizes, the stiffness characteristic curves and the relation curves between valve port sizes and the flow were gotten. Then the simulation results were analyzed.The analysis results have an important guiding significance for the design parameters optimi-zation of the electromagnetic proportion throttle valve.%提出一种线性节流槽,利用它能够实现节流槽的过流截面面积与节流槽开口的大小呈线性正比例关系。将它用于电磁比例节流阀,可以实现通过节流阀口的流量与阀芯位移呈线性规律变化,配合使用比例电磁铁,很容易实现电磁比例节流阀的电信号对通过阀口流量的比例控制。根据电磁比例节流阀的实际工作环境,以MATLAB作为仿真平台,对电磁比例节流阀的稳态特性进行仿真,得到了电磁比例节流阀在不同开口时的流量特性曲线、刚度特性曲线和阀口开度与流量关系曲线,并对仿真结果进行分析,分析结果对于优化电磁比例节流阀的设计参数有重要的指导意义。
