提高数控机床生产率的控制系统简析

摘要

介绍一种用于提高数控加工效率的新型系统。应用该系统，在加工过程中，当刀具接触工件时，刀具可从快速移动切换到工进切削工件，空切时间显著降低，从而提高数控机床的生产率。%A new control system for increasing CNC machining productivity was described. In the machining process, when the cutting tool touched the workpiece, the cutting tool velocity was switched from quick move to feeding. So empty cutting time is signifi⁃cantly reduced. Thereby the productivity of CNC machine tools is increased.
