新型多级斜盘柱塞式气泵的特性研究

         

摘要

A new multistage swash plate piston gas pump is proposed .According to the structural characteristics of the two-side swash plate gas pump and the law of relative motion of its pistons , multistage compression could be achieved by dividing the cylinders into several levels and connecting the cylinders at the same level in parallel and the cylinders at the adjacent level in series with check valve rectifying in the front and back cylinder cover .The structural characteristics and working principles of the gas pump were elabora-ted.The kinematic characteristics of the gas pump were analyzed and calculated .Mathematical model of gas compression and expansion thermal process for the gas pump was established and the fourth order Runge-Kutta numerical method was used to solve it .The thermo-dynamic characteristics of the gas pressure and temperature in the work process of the gas pump were analyzed .Furthermore, the ad-vantages of the multistage compression with respect to the single-stage compression are comparatively analyzed from two aspects of sav-ing the indicated work of the compressed gas and reducing exhaust temperature .%提出了一种新型多级斜盘柱塞式气泵,根据双向斜盘式气泵的结构特点及其柱塞的相对运动规律,将气泵内的气缸分成若干级,并在前、 后气缸盖处通过单向阀配流,将同一级气缸并联连接,相邻级气缸串联连接,从而实现多级压缩.阐述了气泵的基本结构和工作原理,对气泵的运动特性进行了分析与计算,建立了气泵内气体压缩与膨胀热力过程的数学模型,并应用4阶龙格库塔法对其进行数值求解,分析了气泵工作过程中气体压力与温度两方面的热力特性,并从节省压缩气体指示功和降低排气温度两个方面分别对比分析了多级压缩相对于单级压缩的优点.
