液压堆料机械的耦合创新设计方法研究

             

摘要

According to the innovative design of the mechanism of the regulation hydraulic material piling machine , its condition of piling the material along the line and dynamic analysis finite element model ( FEM) are established.Coupling innovative design was proposed based on Theory of Inventive Problem Solving ( TRIZ) and reliability analysis .Through its FEA and reliability analysis , it was shown that it did pile the material along the line , and based on this the innovative design scheme of the mechanism of the regulation material piling machine was given .The study provides a new method and basis for innovative design of the mechanism of the material piling machine .%针对可调节液压堆料机械的机构创新设计,建立了液压堆料机械的直线推料条件,并建立了其动态分析的有限元模型,提出了基于TRIZ理论和可靠性分析的耦合设计方法,通过对某液压堆料机械机构的有限元分析和可靠性分析,表明其推料过程基本是近似直线推料,并基于此给出了可调节液压堆料机械的机构创新设计方案.为液压堆料机械机构创新设计提供了方法和依据.
