液压压砖机充液系统油液含气特性试验分析

摘要

It is easy for air to be mixed in the liquid-filled system in the process of hydraulic brick press working, and then it will degrade the performance of the hydraulic fluid.Using specific gravity method to measure gas content of the master cylinder, the variation law of gas content and bubble size in the master cylinder was acquired.The analysis indicates that the response speed of system to the equilibrium gas content is characterized through measuring the equilibrium speed of pressure at the top of the tank.%陶瓷液压压砖机充液系统在工作过程中混入空气,油液性能下降.采用比重法对主缸含气量进行测量,获得主缸含气量和气泡尺寸的变化规律.分析表明:可以通过测定油箱上方压力的平衡速度,来表征系统对含气量平衡稳定的响应速度.
