The method involves detecting characteristic test result for the filling level procured from a sensor by a sensor system corresponding to the individual values such as time since last micturition, chronology of the micturition, behavior pattern of the human, blood pressure, pulse, body temperature, and pressure of the measuring probe on humans. The filling level of the bladder is determined by a software controlled evaluation unit corresponding to the test result, which is displayed through a sensor output. An independent claim is also included for a measuring system for determining filling level of bladder of humans, particularly motor restrained humans.
