装甲车辆液压驱动风扇系统动态特性影响因素分析

         

摘要

Larger power of armored vehicle cooling system was focused on .For needs of higher fan speed control and effective en-ergy saving, the basic compositions and principles of armored vehicle hydraulic driven fan system were expounded , and the systematic mathematical model was established .Based on the simulation analysis which carried out on the different performance parameters sys-tem, such as motor displacement , the total volume system and so on , the influence laws to the performance parameters of dynamic characteristics of hydraulic drive fan system are introduced , which provide the theoretical guidance for the optimization design of the system.%针对装甲车辆冷却系统功率大,对风扇转速控制要求高与节能的需求,阐述了装甲车辆液压驱动风扇系统的基本组成与原理,并建立了系统数学模型。通过对风扇系统马达排量、总工作容积等不同性能参数进行仿真分析,得出各性能参数对液压驱动风扇系统动态特性的影响规律,为系统优化设计提供理论指导。
