称重传感器托盘提升装置动态特性分析

         

摘要

针对托盘提升装置在工作中受到砝码冲击载荷以及气缸气压不稳等影响,使得托盘与传感器连接部位被频繁破坏的问题.利用三维软件PROE对托盘提升装置进行建模,运用ANSYS Workbench软件对托盘提升装置进行模态分析,研究了砝码不同加载位置对托盘提升装置固有频率的关系;进行谐响应分析,研究了砝码不同加载方式对托盘与传感器连接部位幅值频率曲线的影响,通过固有频率折线图推断出了容易发生共振的模态阶次,通过幅值频率曲线确定了托盘提升装置可能发生的共振频率.研究结果为避免托盘提升装置在实际工作中发生共振现象提供一定的理论参考.%Considering that impact load in the process of tray lifting device and unstable pressure from cylinder can cause frequent structural failure on the junction between sensor and tray,molding of the lifting device is carried out through Three Dimensional(3D) PROE software.Modal and harmonic response analysis of the device was carried out based on ANSYS Workbench software.The rela-tionship between the weight loading position and the inherent frequency of tray lifting device was researched.From harmonic response analysis,the effects between different loading methods were researched on the tray and the amplitude frequency curve of the junction, finding the modal order that easy to resonate through inherent frequency line chart and determining the resonant frequency might occur on the lifting device based on the amplitude frequency curve.To sum up,research can provide certain theoretical references to avoiding resonance phenomenon of tray lifting device in the actual work.
