冲击缓冲用磁流变阻尼器迟滞消除方法研究进展

     

摘要

磁流变阻尼器自身固有的迟滞非线性问题限制了其在工程上的广泛应用,大大影响了阻尼器阻尼力的预测和控制精度.尤其是在冲击缓冲系统中,磁流变阻尼器的迟滞特性问题尤为突出.因此,研究磁流变阻尼器的迟滞非线性的消除方法以及控制对提高磁流变阻尼器系统的控制性能具有重大意义.综述了磁流变器件的迟滞非线性的消除机制以及控制方法研究的主要进展,讨论了其控制系统的过程机制和描述方法,在此基础上对迟滞非线性消除方法及控制规律的研究前景进行了展望.%The own inherent problem of nonlinear hysteresis in magnetorheological(MR)damper limits its application in engi-neering and has a great effect on prediction and control precision of damping force.In particular,in the buffer system for impact load, hysteresis problem of MR damper is particularly prominent.Therefore,it is of great significance for improving the control performance of MR damper's control system to research the elimination method and control about hysteresis nonlinearity of MR damper.The main pro-gress in mechanism and control method of eliminating hysteresis nonlinearity of MR devices were summarized,and its mechanism and the description method of the control system were also discussed.On this basis,the research prospects for the elimination method and control law of hysteresis are given.
