基于正交实验法的柔性平行四杆机构类型与尺寸综合分析

         

摘要

The complaint parallel four-bar mechanism is widely used in the industry of precision actuator. In order to optimize the design of the parallel four-bar mechanism, three kinds of complaint hinge were used to design the four-bar mechanism. At first, the software SolidWorks was utilized to model three different four-bar mechanisms, then the software ANSYS Workbench was used to ana-lyze the maximum stress value. Furthermore, the way of the orthogonal experimental design was applied to get the optimal assembly of the three factors, and additional test was used to verify the feasibility of the method. Later, multiple linear regression analysis was uti-lized to build the mathematical model of that four factors. Last, the model and the data were used to obtain the average error which did not surpass 0.88%, so the high reliable of the model was verified. It provides some reference for analyzing complaint mechanisms by using orthogonal experimental design method and the thought of applying software SAS.%柔性平行四杆机构被广泛应用于精密传动机构中,为了深入研究具有最优机构综合的柔性平行四杆机构,首先利用SolidWorks对基于直梁型、正圆型和椭圆型3种柔顺铰链设计的柔性平行四杆机构进行建模,后利用ANSYS Work-bench对3种柔性平行四杆机构进行了相关的比较分析,得出在同种变形情况下利用正圆型柔顺铰链设计的四杆机构具有最小的最大应力值.然后利用正交实验设计方法设计了一个三因素三水平的正交实验表,通过分析得出同种变形条件下基于正圆型柔顺铰链设计的平行四杆机构尺寸三因素的最佳组合设计,同时采用追加试验的方法验证了正交试验的可行性.接着利用SAS软件对正交试验表中的相关数据进行了多元线性回归分析,由此建立了最大应力值与三因素之间的数学模型,并利用该数学模型验算了最大应力值.最后,将ANSYS Workbench分析得到的最大应力值与SAS软件拟合模型通过计算得到的相关数值进行了误差分析,并通过计算得知两者间的平均误差不超过0.88%,从而验证了该模型具有较高的可靠性.采用的正交试验分析方法及SAS软件分析的思路对柔顺机构的设计及分析提供了一定的参考.
