It uses the spiral spring as energy storage component to design the equipment for braking energy recov-ery.This equipment can achieve the braking kinetic energy storage and release it when the vehicle starts or ac-celerates.It builds the mathematical model for braking recycling process and the release process of the equipment and simulates the relationship between its characteristic curve and characteristic curve of traditional friction brake, verifies its feasibility.It analyzes the simulation result, discusses the influence of spring and initial veloc-ity of the flywheel in the efficiency of braking energy recovery, and verifies that the method of spiral spring for braking energy recovery is efficient and feasible.%采用平面涡卷弹簧作为储能主元件,设计了一种制动能量回收装置,实现车辆制动能量的存储及在启动或加速时释放. 建立制动能量回收装置回收及释放过程的数学模型并进行仿真,得到其制动特性曲线与传统摩擦制动特性曲线的关系,并验证其可行性. 对比分析仿真结果,对涡卷弹簧进行选型,得到飞轮初速度对制动回收装置能量回收效率的影响,验证了采用涡卷弹簧回收制动能量的方法具有高效率的特点,结果表明该技术路线可行,具有推广价值.
