基于 CATIA 知识工程的三维装配体参数化设计

摘要

Parametric design of 3D assembly plays an important role in improving the design efficiency of the me-chanical parts , which is one of the important research directions of parametric design .It proposes a method of parametric design of 3 D assembly based on CATIA knowledgeware , presents the parametric design and analyzes the characteristics of the models ,illustrates the transitive relationship between the parameters .Then it shows the process on checking and modifying the 3 D models for assembly based on the knowledge engineering reasonably . Finally, it discusses the engineering method of parametric design of 3D assemblies based on CATIA knowl-edgeware with CATIA Knowledge Advisor module .%三维装配体参数化设计对提高机械产品零部件的设计效率具有重要作用，是参数化设计的重要研究方向之一。结合CATIA知识工程和参数化设计的特点，通过分析装配体模型结构特点，提出了一种基于CATIA知识工程的三维装配体参数化设计方法。首先分析了装配体参数化设计时参数之间的传递关系，然后基于知识工程对构成装配体的三维模型进行合理的检查和修改，最后基于CATIA平台，运用CATIA知识工程顾问模块，结合实例探讨了基于CATIA知识工程的装配体参数化设计工程实现方法。
