基于ANSYS的铝合金蜂窝板的力学性能仿真

         

摘要

多层蜂窝板相较于单层蜂窝板具有制作更大尺寸结构件的优势.为了对比单层蜂窝板和多层蜂窝板的力学性能,采用数值仿真方法模拟了单层和多层蜂窝板在压缩过程中的变形行为,研究了结构参数对多层蜂窝板屈服强度的影响.结果表明,压缩过程中多层蜂窝板相较于单层蜂窝板芯层变形更均匀,蜂窝芯壁厚和边长是影响多层蜂窝板屈服强度的主要因素.%Comparing with the single -layered honeycomb panel , multi-layered honeycomb panel has the ad-vantage of making large component .Aiming at the difference of mechanical properties between single -and multi-layered honeycomb panels , it simulates the deformation behavior during compression of the honeycomb panel, analyzes the effect of the structure parameters on the yield strength of the multi -layered honeycomb pan-el .The results show that the deformation distribution is more homogeneous in the multi -layered honeycomb pan-el during compression and the thickness and length of the core are the main factors to influence the yield strength of the honeycomb panel .
