平面机构的少输入-多输出特性及其应用研究

摘要

机构的少输入-多输出特性不仅存在于空间并联机构而且存在于平面机构.剖析了工业中一些典型的具有少输入-多输出特性的平面机构,提炼、总结出4种平面机构的单输入-多输出特性,据此创新设计了一种单输入的轮胎机械手结构、改进设计了具有防护功能的单输入冲压机构以及简易高效的单输入落料装置.拓展了少输入-多输出机构的研究内容和范围,对设计其他的少输入-多输出平面或空间机构具有启发和借鉴作用.%The characteristics of fewer input-more output for mechanisms not only exist in the spatial parallel mechanisms,but also exist in the planar mechanisms.This paper analyzes some typical planar mechanisms with the characteristics of fewer input-more output,summarizes the characteristics of single input-more output for 5 planar mechanisms.Based on this,it designs the single input mechanism of the tire manipulator,optimizes the single input press mechanism with protective function,and obtains the simple and efficient single input feeding device.This design expands the content and scope of research for the mechanisms of fewer input-more output,and has referential and instructive contributions to the design of other planar or spatial mechanisms of fewer inputmore output.
