协同创新视角下高校技术转移路径实证分析——以南京航空航天大学为例

摘要

As an important part of the national innovation system,universities are the main body of knowledge innovation and one of the important source of technology.It analyzes the current situation of the university technology transfer agency,presents that technology transfer carries out technology assessment and selection,and promotes the combination of technology and market.It constructs a "four in one" technology transfer model,which includes school-enterprise cooperation projects,transformation of technology,school-enterprise research institute and school-government innovation platform.As the main object of this model,it encourages universities to innovate institutional mechanisms and promote the construction of university technology transfer center.%高校作为国家创新体系的重要组成部分,是知识创新的主体,也是重要的技术源泉之一.通过分析高校技术转移机构发展现状,阐明了高校技术转移中心应将学校的技术成果进行评估和筛选,促进科研成果与市场经济相结合.构建了科研项目合作、科技成果转化、校企研发平台和校地创新平台“四位一体”的高校技术转移模式,提出高校应创新体制、机制,推进高校技术转移中心建设,提升高校的协同创新能力.
