基于ABAQUS的闸机扇门设计与研究

         

摘要

闸机扇门是用于控制行人出入的核心部件,在实际应用中会经常受到人为冲撞而造成损坏.应用ABAQUS建立行人对扇门的碰撞过程的有限元模型,分析扇门在不同厚度钢构件的条件下结构刚度的变化;拟合出扇门刚度与钢构件厚度之间的关系;寻求最优钢构件厚度值;研究分析聚氨酯泡沫塑料的材料特性,在满足扇门结构刚度的条件下选择最佳聚氨酯材料的密度.%The flap mechanism is a core component in the gate for controlling the passengers in or out. In practical application the mechanism is often damaged for the passenger bumps into it. This paper uses ABAQUS to build a finite element model of the collision between a passenger and a flap mechanism,analyzes the structural strength change of flap mechanism with different thickness steel components, finds out the relationship between the structural strength and the steel components' thickness, then obtains the optimal thickness of steel components and makes a study of the matedal properties of polyurethane foam material. The optimal density of polyurethane foam matedal is obtained under the condition of satisfying the structural strength of flap mechanism.
