In order to solve the problem that the warhead of super caliber extinguishing ammunition which thin-walled shell is used for is difficult to meet the requirements of the launch strength, we analyse the force on the warheads and identify the two main loads on the warheads case: the axial inertia force and the extinguishing agent pressure. Them, according to the demand strength of the two loads, we put forward the structure design of the warheads and by establishing the body entity model and estimating the parameters of the various parts, analyse the intensity of the thin-walled shell. The design proves its est to be rational.%为了解决超口径森林灭火弹战斗部采用薄壁壳体情况下难以满足发射强度要求的问题,首先对战斗部进行受力分析,找出作用于战斗部壳体的两个主要载荷,轴向惯性力和灭火剂压力,然后根据受力分析提出战斗部结构设计方案,再通过建立弹体实体模型预估计各部分结构参数并进行校核分析,证明了设计方案的合理性.
