基于ANSYS Workbench的冲压机械手机座优化设计

         

摘要

为了改善已研发的冲压机械手机座质量较大的情况,采用ANSYS Workbench建立了机座的参数化模型,以机座的极限工况为条件,对其进行模态分析和静力学分析。在模态分析和静力学分析的基础上,利用ANSYS Workbench的目标驱动优化( GDO)模块以质量最小为优化目标对机座进行优化设计,优化过程采用拓扑优化和形状优化相结合的方法。优化改进后,在刚度、强度满足设计要求的情况下,机座质量减少了34.1%,优化效果显著。%To reduce the mass of an automatic feeding manipulator frame, a parametric model of the frame is built. Static and modal analysis is made according to the limiting working conditions. Based on the analysis, the frame is optimized by Goal-Driven Optimiza-tion ( GDO) function of ANSYS Workbench with topology optimization and Shape Optimization. The optimal design aims to minimize the weight. After the optimization and improvement, the mass of the frame is not only reduced by 34.1%, but also its stiffness and strength meet the design requirements, so the optimization effect is very remarkable.
