齿轮参数对行星轮系模态的影响

         

摘要

使用Catia对行星轮系进行实体建模,通过有限元分析软件Workbench的高效率模型导入功能实现了Catia和Workbench 的联合仿真,对行星轮系模型进行动力学模态分析,提取了前9阶固有频率和主振型。在其他参数不变情况下,先对行星轮系中所有齿轮的模数进行改变并对行星轮系进行模态分析,结果表明固有频率随模数增大而减小;在其他参数不变情况下,再对行星轮系中所有齿轮的压力角进行改变并对行星轮系进行模态分析,结果表明固有频率随压力角增大而增大。%This paper builds the model of the planetary gears train, using Catia, simulates it with Catia and Workbench, does its dy-namic analysis and obfains the first nine frequences and mode shapes. The modulus of al gears in planetary gear train are changed and its modal analysis is done without the change of the other parameters. The results show that the natural frequency decreases with the increase of modulus. On the same condition, through changing the pressure angle of al gears in planetary gear train and making its modal analysis, the results show that the natural frequency increases with the increase of the pressure angle .
