基于设备综合效率的设备损失分析

摘要

通过分析设备综合效率，对相关数据进行的计算，结合中小离散汽车零部件制造企业设备的实际情况对OEE和八大损失的关系进行分析，利用因果分析法找出造成设备损失的根本原因。针对这些原因对其进行改善，并对比改善前后的设备综合效率，验证了该方法的科学有效性，用提高设备效率，进而提高生产效率，达到降低成本的目的。%This paper analyzes the overal efficiency of the equipment and calculates the relevant data. According to the actual situa-tion of smal and medium discrete automobile parts production enterprises, the relationship between OEE and eight losses is ana-lyzed and its root cause is found out to improve it. By comparison, the science and effectiveness of this method are verified. It pro-duction efficiency is raised and its costs are reduced.
