基于嵌入式系统的某综扫电控系统检测设备硬件设计

         

摘要

ln order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the whole detecting system, the embedded system based hardware of de-tecting equipment for electric control ing system for tracked minesweeping cars is designed. The main composition of the hardware system of the detecting system is proposed. With the embedded technology, the modular designing ideas, the outline structure of the detecting system and interface are designed, X86 series industrial control computer module selection is conducted, the design of the circuits principles for other main modules and board cards are completed. Experiments show that the design is effective, feasible, and the connection of each module is reliable and easy to disassemble.%为保证整个检测系统的检测精度和可靠性,对基于嵌入式系统的某综扫电控系统进行检测设备硬件设计。提出了检测系统硬件系统设计的主要组成,综合运用嵌入式技术,采用模块化设计思想,对检测系统的外形结构和接口进行设计,并进行X86系列工控机模块的选型,同时完成其他主要模块、板卡等的电路原理设计。结果表明,该设计是有效、可行的,能保证各模块连接可靠、拆卸便利。
