设计了一种新型牵引伞伞绳张力传感器.为了实现大量程、绳索无损和便于安装与拆卸,传感器结构设计为旁压梁式结构.对传感器弹性体进行了有限元的静力分析,通过ANSYS分析得到传感器弹性体受力梁应变变化规律,找到应变片最佳黏贴位置.按照设计结构加工了传感器并进行了拉力实验.实验测试和数据分析结果表明,该传感器设计满足牵引伞伞绳的张力测量要求.%This paper designs a novel parafoil belt tension sensor in which the beam structure is adopted, in order to not only implement the wide range and nondestructive test but also be easy to install and dismantle it. It uses ANSYS to do the finite element analysis on the elastic component to obfain the variation of its strain and find the optimal place to paste foil gauge. The experimental data shows that the design of the sensor can meet the requirements of the parafoil belt′s tension measurement.
