The EHL lubrication analysis of water-based ferrofluid journal bearing with single sine-shaped peak,single rectangular-shaped valley and single V-shaped valley was carried out.The influence of micro-morphology height,depth and width on the pressure and film thickness of water-based ferrofluid journal bearing was discussed.The results reveal that,for the journal bearing with single peak,the local pressure peak appears and the corresponding film thickness is decreased ap-parently;with the increase of peak height,the local pressure peak is increased and the film thickness is decreased,and with the increase of peak width,the local pressure peak and the corresponding film thickness are increased.For the journal bearing with single valley,the local pressure is decreased and the corresponding film thickness is increased apparently;with the increase of valley depth,the local pressure peak and the corresponding film thickness are increased,and with the in-crease of valley width,the local pressure peak and the corresponding film thickness are decreased.%对存在正弦型单峰、矩形型单谷和 V 型单谷的水基磁流体滑动轴承进行弹流润滑分析,探讨微形貌高度、深度和宽度对水基磁流体润滑膜压力和膜厚的影响。结果表明:滑动轴承存在单峰微形貌时,润滑膜出现局部压力峰,相应膜厚迅速减小;随着单峰高度的增加,润滑膜的局部压力峰逐渐增大,膜厚逐渐减小,而随着宽度的增加,局部压力峰和膜厚逐渐增大;存在单谷微形貌时,润滑膜的局部压力减小,相应膜厚迅速增大;随着单谷深度的增加,润滑膜的局部压力峰和膜厚逐渐增大,而随着宽度的增加,局部压力峰和膜厚逐渐减小。
