平面滑块轴承在不同温度边界下的承载能力分析

             

摘要

For a plane pad bearing,the thermal hydrodynamic lubrication model considering the influences of tempera-ture on oil density and viscosity was built.The temperature field was solved by finite difference procedure,and the pressure field by multi-grid method.The effects of geometry wedge and thermal wedge on load carrying capacity were analyzed with several cases of surface boundary conditions.Results show that thermal effects reduces the load capacity of wedged pad bearing,but for a parallel pad bearing the contribution of thermal wedge on the load capacity is positive.%针对平面滑块轴承,建立考虑温度对密度和黏度影响的流体动力润滑模型。用有限差分法求解温度场,多重网格法求解压力场,基于几种不同的温度边界条件分析几何楔和热楔对轴承承载能力的影响。结果表明:发热和温升降低了楔形滑块的承载能力,而热楔对平行滑块轴承承载能力的贡献是正面的。
