液压油在线污染度连续监测传感器研究

             

摘要

在液压油在线污染连续检测过程中,流速随机波动和颗粒分布随机变化等复杂环境影响液压油污染度测试精度。采用FARIMA数学模型和随机过程谱分析方法对复杂环境流速信息进行实时识别与补偿,设计一种新型颗粒污染传感器。测试结果表明,新型传感器在复杂应用环境下得到了重复性精度更高的污染度测试结果。该传感器已成功用于液压装置液压油污染状态的实时监控。%Abrupt and random change of flow and distribution of particles are two main factors of poor test precision when detecting hydraulic oil contamination under complex environment. A new type of sensor was designed by using the FARIMA model and random processes spectrum analysis method,which could realize the recognition and compensation of flow information and change of the distribution about particles in oil.The test result proves that the designed sensor can get better repeatability precision.This new type of sensor has already been used for in⁃line contamination detection in many hy⁃draulic devices.
