环烷酸在超低硫喷气燃料中的摩擦学性能

             

摘要

采用高频往复试验机(HFRR)考察环烷酸用作喷气燃料抗磨剂在柴油机上使用时的摩擦学性能,采用纳米三维仪、SEM扫描电镜及EDS能谱对试验球磨斑表面形貌进行分析.结果表明,在HFRR试验中,随着环烷酸添加量的增加,磨斑直径和摩擦因数曲线开始时迅速减小,随后缓慢减小,当环烷酸质量浓度在80 mg/L以上时能够满足喷气燃料在柴油发动机上对润滑性的使用需求;随着环烷酸添加量的增加,试验球磨痕表面粗糙度下降;在喷气燃料中添加环烷酸后磨痕表面的O元素明显增加,说明环烷酸在摩擦化学作用下与金属基体发生了化学吸附,起到了抗磨效果.%The tribological behaviors of naphthenic acid as anti-wear additive in jet fuel for use in diesel engines were evaluated using the high frequency reciprocating rig (HFRR) apparatus.The morphologies and elemental distributions of the worn steel surface were analyzed by means of nano-surface analyzer,the scanning electron microscopy and EDS spectrum.It is found that wear scar diameter and friction coefficient are decreased rapidly at the beginning,then decreased slowly with the increasing of the concentration of naphthenic acids.When the concentration of naphthenic acid in jet fuel is above 80 mg/L,the demand of lubricity of jet fuel on diesel engine can be met.The exterior roughness of worn surface is decreased with the increasing of the concentration of naphthenic acids.Compared to the oxygen content on worn surface of steel ball lubricated by the base fuel,the oxygen content on worn surface of steel ball lubricated by the fuel added with naphthenic acid is obviously increased,indicating naphthenic acid could be strongly absorbed on the metal surface by the chemical friction reaction to improve the friction-reducing and anti-wear abilities.
