高温镶装式浮环密封的径向间隙研究

         

摘要

The radial clearance is very important for the sealing performance of the floating ring,too large radial clearance causes the excessive leakage,and too small radial clearance leads to the grinding between the floating ring and the shaft under high temperature.The numerical calculation model of the mounted floating ring seal was established by using ANSYS Workbench analysis software,and the variation rules of radial clearance were analyzed by changing the structure parameters,operating temperature and sealing ring material.The results show that compared with the whole graphite floating ring,the mounted floating ring is more conducive to the adjustment of the radial clearance of the floating ring seal.The interference of the mounted floating ring seal has less influence on the radial clearance,but it can affect the strip-temperature between the mounted ring and the graphite ring.The grinding between shaft and floating ring can be effectively avoided by selecting the mounted ring with large thermal expansion coefficient and the graphite ring with small elastic modulus.%径向间隙对浮环密封性能至关重要,径向间隙过大导致泄漏量超标,径向间隙过小导致高温条件下浮环与转轴碰磨而失效.利用ANSYS Workbench分析软件,建立镶装式浮环密封数值计算模型,分析操作参数、结构和材料对径向间隙的变化规律.结果表明:镶装式浮环较之整体石墨浮环,更加有利于调整浮环密封的径向间隙;镶装式浮环密封的过盈量对径向间隙影响较小,但过盈量可以影响镶装环和石墨环的脱镶温度;选择较大线膨胀系数的镶装环和较小弹性模量的石墨环可以有效避免转轴与浮环碰磨.
