Lubricating oil analysis technology plays an increasingly important role in the safe operation of equipment. The key to monitoring equipment performance and fault diagnosis lies in properly understanding the evaluation method of lubricating oil analysis information. In this paper, threshold settings of quantitative information and qualitative information in lubricating oil analysis technology are studied. And the necessity for countermeasures and dynamic modifications of fuzzy quantitative threshold values is discussed in order to effectively and accurately evaluate the equipment's operational state.%油液分析技术在机械设备安全运行中起到越来越重要的作用,正确掌握油液分析信息的评判方法,是做好机械设备状态监测与故障诊断的关键。文章研究了油液分析技术中定量信息和定性信息的界限值制定问题,讨论了定量界限值边界模糊性对策和动态修改的必要性,以对机械设备的运行状况进行正确有效的评估。
