基于变权理论的柴油机油液监测综合评价方法研究

摘要

柴油机油液监测技术获取的信息较多，利用单个指标信息对柴油机技术状态进行评判工作量大，而且容易忽略各指标之间的相关性，无法全面反映柴油机的技术状态。为提高柴油机油液监测工作的全面性和准确性，论文提出了基于变权理论的柴油机油液监测综合评价方法，既考虑了油液监测各评价指标之间的相关性，又突出了单项指标的劣化对整个油液监测综合评价结果的影响，评价方法上更加科学合理。通过对实际监测数据综合评价显示，基于变权理论的综合评价比常权综合评价结果有明显差异，而这种差异正体现了变权的优势。%A lot of information can be obtained by oil monitoring of diesel engine. Using single information to evaluate the condition of diesel engine is a huge work, and easily ignores the correlation between the indexes, can’t inflect the diesel engine’s condition completely. In order to improve the oil monitoring work’s comprehensiveness and accuracy, the evalua-tion method for oil monitoring of diesel engine based on variable weight theory is proposed in this paper, this method not on-ly considers the correlation between the indexes, but also emphasizes the influence of single index deterioration, it' s more reasonable. Through actual monitoring data evaluation, it indicates that the evaluation results based on variable weight theo-ry have obvious differences with the evaluation results based on constant weight, and these differences reflect the variable weight advantage.
