This paper discussed the power smoothing control strategy of the wind and solar energy storage system, and designed an energy storage control strategy for the hybrid energy storage system to suppress the output power fluctuation of the wind and solar energy. Different filtering algorithms were used to solve the charge and discharge power of the two kinds of energy storage devices. And in order to maintain the good charge state of the energy storage system, the fuzzy control strategy of energy storage was designed. Finally, a simulation example was given to illustrate the effectiveness of the model.%主要探讨了风光储联合发电系统功率平滑控制策略, 设计了一种混合储能系统平抑风光输出功率波动的储能控制策略, 采用不同的滤波算法求解两种储能装置的充放电功率, 同时为了维持储能系统良好的荷电状态, 还设计了储能模糊控制策略.最后通过仿真样例验证了模型的有效性.
