The invention can effectively suppress wind and photovoltaic power fluctuation under the fluctuation rate limited value, can effectively smooth wind and photovoltaic power output. Thus it smoothens wind and photovoltaic power output, reduces the energy storage battery burden, and effectively controls battery energy storage power station system.
