一种船用直流塑壳断路器电磁兼容分析与设计

             

摘要

为了满足某新型船舶电磁兼容性要求, 需要对某型直流塑壳断路器电子部件进行特殊设计.介绍了该直流塑壳断路器组成和电磁兼容性基本要求, 并从电子器件工作频率特征和电磁敏感特性等方面分析了该船用直流塑壳断路器所涉及的电磁兼容问题, 明确其内部电磁干扰源和易受干扰的对象, 从设计上提出相应的EMC改善措施, 并通过试验验证.针对试验中出现电磁兼容试验问题进行整改, 试验结果表明, 经过整改后该型直流塑壳断路器满足电磁兼容指标要求.%In order to meet the electromagnetic compatibility ( EMC) requirements of a new type of ship, it is necessary to design electronic components of a certain type of DC moulded case circuit breaker ( MCCB). This paper introduced the composition of the DC MCCB and the basic requirements for EMC, and analyzed the electromagnetic compatibility problems involved in the DC MCCB in the aspects of the frequency characteristics of the electronic device and the electromagnetic sensitivity characteristics. The internal electromagnetic interference source and the objects that are easily disturbed are clarified, and the corresponding design is put forward. The EMC improvement measures were tested and verified by experiments. According to the problem of EMC in the test, the results show that the DC MCCB meets the requirement of EMC index.
