低温空调技术的新应用

摘要

从抑制谷物呼吸损耗、防止虫霉危害、保持新鲜程度、改善食用品质等方面论述了谷物低温空调储藏技术的应用原理和优点，阐明其经济效益和社会意义。进而介绍了谷物冷却机的工作原理、技术要求以及如何实现粮仓的通风温度和相对湿度的无级调控，保持谷物所需的粮温和水分。%This article discuss the principle and advantage of using refrigeration technology to preserve grain in low temperature from the following aspects:protection against propagation of and attack from insects;reduction of high loss due to corn respiration;maintain fresh quality,expound its economic and society results.Then we introduced the working principle of granifrigor.Both the outlet temperrature and relative humidity can be adjusted limitless so that to meet grain's moisture content.
