无机组分对抹灰类干混砂浆性能的影响

         

摘要

Dry-mixed mortar becomes more and more popular .because the traditional mortar' s quality is not easy to control, the mixing produces noise, dust and so on. With respect to this current situation , we do study on the kinds of inorganic components of dry-mixed mortar , and test the properties of the M10 plasted based dry-mixed mortar with the same dosage of limestone powder, mineral powder, se-piolite, metakaolin, bentonite. After comparison, it is concluded that different inorganic components' influence on the properties of dry-mixed mortar , which provides theoretical basis for actual production%由于传统砂浆的质量不易控制、现场搅拌产生噪音、飞尘等缺点,干混砂浆越来越受到人们的青睐.针对这一现状,对于混砂浆中无机组分种类进行了研究,测试了相同掺量的石灰石石粉、矿粉、海泡石、偏高岭土、膨润土的抹灰类M10干混砂浆的各项性能.比较得出不同无机组分对干混砂浆各项性能的影响,为实际生产提供理论依据.
