某地铁三号线市庄站工程桩试桩试验研究

     

摘要

基于石家庄地铁三号线市庄站设计桩顶标高57.46m,与自然地坪74.4m相比低约为16.94m,而场地周围商业较为密集、试验作业面有限,又不具备大范围开挖的条件,为更好的了解并研究市庄站以及整个三号线桩基处理方案设计的可靠与合理性,本文选用在地面完成的混合反力组合试验装置进行市庄站工程桩试桩试验,研究表明,市庄站工程桩属于端承式摩擦桩;试桩的主要持力层为⑥2卵砾石,桩周及桩端对单桩承载力贡献值较大;试桩桩侧⑥1粉细砂、⑥4中粗砂表现为应力和位移软化特征,其余部分多表现为应力或位移的强化特征;希望通过本试验的研究与数据处理分析,能够为类似地铁建设工程提供借鉴.%Based on Shijiazhuang metro No.3 line,the pile top elevation is 22.625 m,which is 16.94 m lower than natural floor 74.4m,and the surrounding commercial is concentrated,the test operation surface is limited,and there is no large scale excavation conditions,so as to better understand and study the design of pile foundation for city station and the whole line of line 3,this paper choosed the mixed force combination test device completed on the ground to test the pile test,the research shows that the city station project belongs to the end bearing friction pile;The main bearing layer of pile test is ⑥gravel,and the contribution of pile circumference and pile end to the bearing capacity of single pile is larger.In the pile side ⑥1 powder fine sand and ⑥4 middle coarse sand are characterized by stress and displacement ruanhuan,and the rest are characterized by stress or displacement.Hope through the research and data processing analysis of this test can provide valuable advice for similar subway construction projects.
