高压旋喷桩在某软土地区基础加固中的应用

摘要

A concrete retaining wall foundation of outdoor garden in Zhenjiang is still not stable after many years of completion.This paper analyzes the causes of foundation settlement,comparison of several feasible reinforcement schemes,finally adopted the reinforcement scheme of high pressure jet grouting pile accepted by all parties.The settlement observation results after the actual reinforcement show that the method has achieved good results,the reinforcement design method can be used for similar engineering reference.%镇江某小区室外庭院混凝土挡墙的基础,在竣工多年后,沉降仍没有趋稳的态势.文中分析了基础沉降产生的原因,比较了几种可行的加固方案,最终采用被各方所接受的高压旋喷桩加固方案.实际加固完成后的沉降观测结果表明该加固方法取得了良好的效果,所述加固设计思路可供类似工程参考.
