Based on its knowledge and understanding, the paper proposes its own definition of the network-type enterprise and analyzes its connotation and characterization from the perspective of circulation and in connection with logistics theories and practices and analyzes the organizational modes of the network-type enterprises that have grown popular in recent years.%网络型企业是当代企业发展的一种组织创新模式,它的产生标志着合作已经成为了当今世界经济发展的一个新特征.通过对网络型企业含义的理解与认识,提出自己对网络型企业的定义,主要从流通的角度,结合物流理论与实践分析了网络型企业的内涵与特征,并对近年内兴起的网络型物流企业模式进行分析.首次对网络型企业进行流通分析,是一种创新,具有一定的理论与实践意义.
