Discussion human capital evaluation as viewed from enterprise

摘要

This paper regards one-off enterprise human capital investment as an investment project on the basis of clarifying the meaning of enterprise human capital, and discusses enterprise human capital evaluation methods in point of cost, storage and value. It hopes to provide human capital measure for enterprise human capital investment analysis and enterprise human capital daily finance management.
