单机场地面等待策略模型及应用

         

摘要

With the minimum total cost as the target and the integrated capacity for arrival and departure of the airport as the constraint, the paper builds a single airport ground-holding strategy model and puts forward a solution algorithm based on flight priority. During an empirical study on the application of the model, the flight schedule of Capital Airport is optimized and the problem of flight delay is solved.%以总成本最低为目标,以机场起降综合容量限制为约束条件,建立单机场地面等待策略模型,提出了基于航班优先级的求解算法,并应用模型对首都机场航班时刻表进行了优化,解决了航班延误问题.
