In this paper we introduced the logistics major talent training mode of Suzhou Vocational & Technical College of Business & Trade that was targeted at creatingtalents with "zero adjustment period" and followed the main thread of school-enterprise co-cultivation,elaborated on the morecharacteristic practice such as the industrial-order-based training mode, embedded mode, work-study rotating mode and elaborated on the significant achievements resultant from the innovation of teachingmode.%在分析物流管理专业发展背景和物流人才需求现状的基础上,介绍了苏州经贸职业技术学院以培养“零适应期”人才为目标,以实行“校企共育”为主线的校企合作的物流专业人才培养模式,如较有特色的行业订单、嵌入式、工学交替的人才培养模式,并全面阐述了学院培养模式创新取得的明显成效.
