通过对新发地批发市场、八里桥批发市场、菜蔬公司、邓家窑农贸市场、西海农贸市场、天客隆超市、乐天玛特超市进行实地调研,了解现今北京鲜活农产品的现状,并做出物流体系的优化方案.方案主要针对产地、锦绣大地、回龙观、水屯、大洋路、八里桥、石门、岳各庄、中央、新发地九大批发市场以及机关团体、企事业单位,对其供给、配送进行优化,即原产地到九大批发市场的一级供给网络优化,九大批发市场到机关团体、企事业单位等的二级配送网络优化.%In this paper, through field survey, we obtained an understanding of the current status of the fresh farm produce market of Beijing and arrived on the plan for the optimization of its logistics system. The plan aimed at the optimization of the supply and distribution for the place of production, the nine major wholesaling markets, and the various administrative organs, enterprises and institutions, which included the optimization of the tier-one supply network bridging the place of production and the nine marketplaces as well as the second-tier distribution network between the marketplaces and the administrative organs, enterprises and institutions.
